Attending the conference were representatives of the departments, institutes and schools under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; representatives of Agricultural Extension Center, the 30 farmers typical in Red River Delta; representatives of businesses involved with numerous media agencies attended and reported.

 In recent years the National Agricultural Extension Centre collaborated closely with departments, institutes, universities and research and  transfer of science units to bring the study, the advances and new applications into production, aquaculture, forestry, ... Many research projects in science and technology transfer to actually help increase the value of production and exports contribute jobs creating, improve income and the life of farmers.

 

At the workshop, Corn Research Institute has introduced a number of new varieties such as corn single cross LVN146, LVN 102 hybrid corn, 20 hybrid corn, hybrid corn LVN62 ... high yield, limited tolerance, flooding, alkaline and borer resistance. Vegetable Research Institute to introduce advanced techniques complement pollinate some specialty pomelo in the north on 3 subjects like: Phuc Trach pomelo, Chi Dam pomelo and Kha Linh pomelo with high yield, in terms unfavorable weather did not affect the fruit. Agriculture and Forestry Science Institute of Northern introduce several varieties of tea, the technical process of plucking machine. Beef productivity, quality, production technology like snout, tilapia-male crossing ... and many other species new technical advances, diversity is introduced to contribute promote the production of goods, increased crop yields. The business also has introduced many technological advances applied to production to create quality products efficiently.

Many reviews of local businesses are shared and discussed in order to find appropriate solutions for production conditions serve the scheme of restructuring of agriculture and rural development program in each new location method. This indicates, the application of scientific and technical progress, replicate the model of new agricultural production such as large sample field, field links, link model, the role of business in development market development ... will contribute to accelerate the modernization of agriculture.
Through this workshop, National Agricultural Extension Centre wishes, scientists, managers, businesses and farmers to find the methods, models, trees, varieties suitablities to serve appreciation production, improve sales revenue , help agricultural activities in rural sustainable development and restructuring projects in agriculture and new rural development program . In particular, in the future, the unit further promote research in the process of restructuring crops and livestock. Enhanced binding extension system, and contribute to rapid progress with new techniques to farmers.
Before this workshop, dated 22.10.2014, in Ho Chi Minh City ,National Extension Center also held a consultation participate in the discussion of the locality in the south
