In July 2012 – Community Development Center ( CDC) completed the training program on Developing the internal control system for Management Board and staff of Company. Furthermore, CDC also trained, supported technical and developing system of applying the UTZ certified for farmers at EaKar, DakLak province.

Project ; sustainable cocoa development applying UTZ Certified, invested by Nam Trường Sơn Cocoa Ltd., at EaKar, was supported by local authorities and cocoa farmers. The cocoa planting farmer at 03 communes of  Ea Kar district participated in training course fully and seriously, that showed the desire of wanting to expand the knowledge and improve techniques on planting and caring cocoa garden.

Through the training, farmers understood the applying requirement of UTZ Certified for cocoa at farming level not only change the traditional planting habit to advanced techniques planting, but also ensure the criterias about economic, social and environment. Thence the productivity and effectiveness are higher and better to ensure the living condition more stable for  farmers
