        - Building sustainable coffee producing farmer groups as voluntary participating in program at villages under the management of group.
        - Training saving irrigation techniques and balanced manuring for coffee plant.
        - Training pest prevention for coffee plant
        - Training picking, producing, storage and quality increasing for coffee plant.
       - Training safe labour in Agriculture and first aid
       - Supporting to build the internal audit system
       - Internal audit and improvement, overcoming, prevention guiding
