·         General goal: Conducting Product traceability system in 10 producers until 2011, and composing mannual, guiding the model of product traceability for producers in general to meet the international needs as well as meet the requirement of Euro community (EU) as Food Law (EC) No:178/200

-    Analysing traceability in coffee production at 09 seleted companies.
-    From the analysing results to perfect :”Good Traceability Practice” for Coffee sector in Vietnam
-    Continous supporting Organizations/Companies/Farmers specializing coffee production in Vietnam, applying this standard.
